creative project management
creative project management
I lead creative projects across marketing environments, managing multidisciplinary teams that include designers, motion artists, copywriters and external creative partners.
I coordinate with creative and media agencies to align strategy, workflows and execution. My role often extends beyond marketing, collaborating with product, SEO, HR and other departments to ensure integrated project development and visually consistent solutions that support broader business objectives.
Although my title was creative project manager, I was constantly involved in art direction: refining visual concepts, approving moodboards, shaping storyboards, aligning the creative vision with the team, managing timelines and supervising photo and video shoots.
I really love coordinating photo and video shoots for campaigns, I especially enjoy production day and being on set. It’s one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Banco Sabadell MX
National 360º campaign launch for Banco Sabadell’s first retail banking product in Mexico, coordinating creative development across OOH, digital, video, email, and merchandising... and many other fun (and challenging) deliverables.
At Banco Sabadell México, I worked as a Creative Project Manager on the national 360º launch of Cuenta de Ahorro La Incondicional, the bank’s first savings account for retail customers in Mexico. This project was one of the most important milestones for the brand, requiring complete coordination across creative teams, external agencies and multiple business areas.
I handled the workflow and execution of campaign deliverables across OOH, social media, video, email marketing, landing pages, production of tutorials, merchandising, and internal communication pieces. This included organizing timelines, managing approvals, centralizing feedback and ensuring every asset aligned with the visual and strategic direction of the launch.
One of the parts I enjoyed the most was the full production cycle of the campaign videos—from reviewing moodboards and storyboards to managing schedules and being present on production day to ensure everything reflected the intended narrative and style.
This project also involved close collaboration with Product, SEO, HR, Communications and external creative & media agencies, aligning everyone around a shared vision for the launch.
It was a project where I not only contributed creatively and operationally, but also learned from incredible people and developed new technical and soft skills. Challenges have always pushed me to grow, and this campaign was a defining moment in expanding my abilities and confidence as a creative leader.
Led the internal creative team (designers, motion artists, email content creators and copywriters) to ensure coherence across all campaign deliverables.
Coordinated with the creative agency on the planning and production of campaign content, including photo/video shoots, master graphics and key visual elements.
Collaborated with the media agency for the delivery, adaptation and approval of all campaign materials for OOH, digital and paid media formats.
Created the structure for the organic social media content calendar and reviewed all copy, visuals and components before publication.
Managed timelines, approvals and workflows for a wide range of assets across OOH, social media, video, email, website and merchandising.
Organized pre-production tasks (moodboards, storyboards, scripts and schedules) and oversaw production day to ensure alignment with the creative direction.
Worked closely with cross-functional departments such as Product, SEO, HR and Communications to align messaging and coordinate joint initiatives.
Centralized feedback from all stakeholders and ensured consistent application of strategy, tone and visuals throughout the entire 360º campaign.
Supervised the creation of educational videos and product tutorials, ensuring clarity and usability for customers.
Prepared follow-ups and visual reviews to help refine and improve future deliverables.

Alsea
Creative project management and content direction for four of Alsea’s most important restaurant brands: Chili’s, Italianni’s, The Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang’s. Working across daily content, seasonal campaigns, in-restaurant materials and photo production.
At Alsea, the largest restaurant group in Mexico, I had the opportunity to grow from Graphic Designer to Creative Project Manager, combining my design background with my organizational and coordination skills. I worked with four major brands: Chili’s, Italianni’s, The Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang’s — each with its own visual universe, tone and personality.
A big part of my role was collaborating with the Brand Managers and Directors of each restaurant to ensure every asset reflected the essence of the brand. This meant adapting constantly: from the energetic, bold style of Chili’s to the warm and homey feel of Italianni’s, the sweet and playful tone of The Cheesecake Factory and the polished and elegant personality of P.F. Chang’s.
I coordinated the internal creative team of designers and copywriters, managed deliverables with the creative agency, and oversaw the production of materials such as paid campaigns, seasonal promotions (Christmas, New Year’s, limited-time menus), organic social content, newsletters and in-restaurant marketing pieces. I also coordinated food photography sessions for new dishes, menu updates and seasonal launches.
One of the biggest challenges (and also the most rewarding part) was learning how to switch creative “languages” depending on the brand. Every photo, headline or visual had to feel exactly right for each restaurant, and that level of detail shaped the way I work today.
Managed creative workflows for four major restaurant brands simultaneously.
Coordinated the internal creative team (designers and copywriters) to deliver consistent, brand-aligned assets.
Worked directly with Brand Managers and Directors to ensure each piece matched the tone, personality and identity of each restaurant.
Managed deliverables with the creative agency, including concept development, adaptations and campaign assets.
Supervised the development of paid campaigns, seasonal promotions and in-restaurant marketing materials.
Structured and reviewed the organic content calendar for each brand.
Reviewed copy, visuals, layouts and assets before publication.
Coordinated food photography sessions for new dishes, menu updates and special campaigns.
Prioritized and organized weekly deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
